We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented **Insurance Resolution Analyst** to join our premier U.S.based Personal Injury law firm. In this role, you will be the lead strategist in identifying and capturing cost-recovery opportunities. You will bridge the gap between medical insurance processing and legal liability, ensuring our firm and our clients maximize financial returns from third-party carriers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Case Analysis**: Audit claim files and medical records to identify third-party liability and evaluate the viability of subrogation rights.
- **Strategic Investigation**: Gather and organize critical evidence, including police reports, witness statements, and expert technical assessments.
- **High-Stakes Negotiation**: Directly engage with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and recover disbursed funds.
- **Insurance Coordination**: Manage medical insurance data processing, sending requests to carriers and relentlessly following up on pending payments.
- **Legal Support**: Prepare comprehensive documentation for legal teams when litigation becomes necessary to secure recovery.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: A degree in Law is highly preferred.



Degrees in Finance, Insurance, or Business Administration will be considered with relevant experience.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in insurance subrogation, claims adjusting, or legal collections.
- **Language**:Advanced/Fluent English (C1/C2 level)** is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable conducting complex negotiations and writing legal correspondence in English.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in claims management software (e.g., Guidewire, SAP) and a solid understanding of Tort Law and insurance policy terminology.
