**Description and Requirements**:
Join our team and play a key role in keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver end-user support service within the IT Service Level Agreements to achieve IT and business KPIs.
- Hardware provisioning for IT systems.
- Act as IT focal for the business. - Ambassador for central IT teams.




- Keep system documentations and knowledge bases up to date.
- Report site IT systems security related risks and support remediation.
**Education**
- Software IT operation professional or similar certificate in the field of IT
**Experience**
- At least 3 years of experience on IT support operation field.
**Computer skills**
- Microsoft Windows clients intermediate level
- Windows servers, Active Directory services basic level
- Linux systems basic level
- Computer networking basic level
- Databases, SQL language intermediate level
- Software troubleshooting
**Languages**
- Fluent English (oral and written)
**Competencies**
- ITIL foundation, IT operations
- X86 hardware basics
- Cyber-security basics
- Printing services. Label and laser printers.
- Some IT intelligent operations, RPA, AI agentic automation-flow; GPT capabilities are a plus.
**Others**
- Good team player, ability to work in small team and a wider global team to meet customer requirements.
