We are hiring a **high‑level legal drafting professional** to support attorneys with **substantive writing**. This is **not** an administrative role—it's **drafting‑focused**.
- Draft litigation documents, including:
- **Complaints**:
- **Motions** (including substantive motions)
- **Discovery** (requests & responses: Interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
- **Demand letters & settlement demands**:
- Assist attorneys with litigation preparation (exhibits, fact outlines, damages frameworks).
- Review and organize case documentation.
- Maintain/update case files in **Filevine** or comparable case management platforms.
- Support attorneys at various stages of litigation.
Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)
- **2+ years** of experience in a **Personal Injury (PI) law firm**.
- Proven,



hands‑on drafting of **Motions, Discovery, Complaints, and Demand Letters** (all four required).
- Experience working in a **legal CRM / case management system**.
- **Fluent English** (written & spoken) with **advanced legal writing**.
- Ability to work **independently** and follow attorney direction precisely.
Strongly Preferred
- **Filevine** experience (major plus).
- **Law degree** or **current law student**.
- Experience drafting **substantive litigation motions**.
- Familiarity with **U.S. PI litigation workflows**.
