**Learning and Development Supervisor**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Program Development**:
- Regularly update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Coordinate and execute training sessions, workshops, and learning activities across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR to structure and oversee onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Leverage e-learning platforms, webinars, learning management systems (LMS), and other technology-driven tools to deliver effective and engaging training experiences.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- **Experience**:
- Proficient in e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS),



and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- **Language Skills**:
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum 70%) for engaging with diverse teams and delivering training content.
- **Core Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities—both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and inspire both trainers and trainees.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess training outcomes and align them with business objectives.
