- Draft **high-quality, tailored project proposals and bids** with speed and accuracy
- Manage and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Work cross-functionally with operations to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress and outcomes to ensure successful completion of the sales cycle
- Maintain **rigorous attention to detail** across all deliverables, data entry, and communications




- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support upsell initiatives
- Operate effectively in a **high-speed environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines**
**Qualifications**
- **Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment** without sacrificing quality
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in **market research, consulting, or a similar client-facing industry strongly preferred**:
- Prior experience in a **managerial or leadership role** (formal or informal)
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and execute with mínimal oversight
- Familiarity with sales processes and client lifecycle management
- Experience working with US-based clients or companies required
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
