**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (sometimes optional depending on experience).
1-3 years experience in planning, scheduling, or project coordination.
Knowledge of scheduling techniques and reporting.
Collaboration with project managers, operations teams, procurement, and logistics staff.
