**How you'll make an impact**
- Install, maintain, and repair Hitachi Energy equipment at customer sites.
- Perform diagnostic tests and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Document all service activities, parts used, and solutions applied.
- Provide clear technical guidance and support to customers on-site.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.




- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Stay current with product advancements through ongoing training.
- Manage service tools, equipment, and parts inventory accurately.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**Your background**
- Degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in field service or hands-on technical support roles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in dynamic environments.
