- Comfortable doing cold calling (proactive approach)
- Focus is proactive sourcing, experience with sourcing tools: LinkedIn, local job boards, technology in general, Boolean strong experience.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Experience recruiting or sourcing within LATAM supporting hired in 8 countries.
- Industry experience (technical recruiter) or (Oil and gas).
- Roles recruiting engineering, corporate, technical, commercial, sales, procurement, IT.
- End to end recruitment process experience.
