At **Grupo Mediaframe**, we specialize in selling advertising spaces across cinema, sports, entertainment, and both online/offline media. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Manager to join our team.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in specialized recruitment, preferably focused on commercial roles (managers, sales executives for intangible products, telemarketing, etc.). Not generalist HR profiles.
- Proven experience managing 10-15 vacancies simultaneously.
- Advanced expertise in LinkedIn headhunting (Recruiter Lite).
- Experience using platforms such as Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, and university job boards.
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs (time to fill, time to hire, quality of shortlist).
- High tolerance for pressure and strong results orientation.
- Excellent competency-based interviewing and commercial assessment skills.
- Experience recruiting for B2B, services, marketing, or advertising sectors is a plus.
- Able to work in site from Monday to Friday, Providencia GDL.
**Responsibilities**




- Collaborate with commercial leaders and senior management to define job profiles.
- Design attraction strategies for each vacancy.
- Active sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn.
- Post and manage job openings across digital platforms.
- Resume screening, in-depth interviews, and competency-based evaluations when applicable.
- Meet monthly hiring and coverage KPIs.
- Build and maintain a strong commercial talent pipeline.
