We are seeking a motivated **B2B Sales Executive** to join our growing team in the electronics manufacturing (EMS) industry. This role is adecuado for professionals in the early stages of their sales career who are eager to develop, learn, and grow within a global organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Mexico and North America
- Manage RFQs, follow-ups, and closing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations) to meet customer requirements
- Support business development strategies and market expansion
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with willingness to learn




- **English proficiency required (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)**
