We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
L2 Production support
- Good experience on Linux/Windows system platforms and Perl, Shell Scripting.
- Good knowledge on Database like DB2/MS-SQL/Mongo DB (SQL and stored procedures).
- Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
- Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
- Hands on experience in production deployment and release management
- Experience in implementing monitoring solutions in an enterprise environment that would include configuration and integration.
- Knowledge on SDLC Release Management Process Products and Autosys are added advantage.
- Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.




- Strong analytical skills required.
- Highly self-motivated and ability to work in high paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills - good client facing skills as well as excellent oral and written communication Skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
- Understand project/Program requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects/Programs in the right direction in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
- Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence.,
- Should be willing to work in Shifts and Weekends
