As a **Customer Experience Professional**here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions and driving customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our **Director Customer Experience**and you’ll work out of our **San Luis Potosi**location on a H **ybrid**work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall customer journey by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies, optimize processes, and enhance the customer experience, contributing to Honeywell's reputation as a customer-centric organization and driving business growth.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field
- Proficient in both English and French
- Strong organization skills
- Experience working in a customer-facing role

- Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients and external ones when necessary




- Take professional initiative on administrative tasks and coordinate with local offices for tasks that cannot be done remotely
- Work as part of the team, involved in processes from end to end, and contribute to the team's results
- Contribute to the successful integration of each new employee/member of the region through specific training and assistance
- Account successfully, in a timely manner, and ensure the maintenance during the life cycle of all orders, contracts, and projects in systems
- Work closely with all relevant departments, including sales, procurement, supply, and operations departments, to ensure process standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Assume an active role in implementing and maintaining Honeywell Operating System (HOS)
- Work in line with policy guidelines and integral processes
- Meet the objectives of the department/team and the behavioral objectives of Honeywell
