We are looking for a talented **IT Sr. Solutions Engineer** to join our team specializing in **Information Technology** for our **Cummins** in **Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León. The role is 100% onsite.**
**Job Summary**:
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams / stakeholders to deliver outcomes, projects, or services on time and within scope.
- Drive digital manufacturing initiatives using Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and coordination with cross-functional IT and plant teams.
- Own and continuously improve processes, systems, or metrics related to the department.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business success criteria for medium to large initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Manage requirement changes, ensuring impacts are understood and approved by stakeholders.
- Validate solutions to ensure they meet business and technical needs.
- Review test plans and support testing activities to reduce risk and confirm expected results.
- Conduct problem analysis and coordinate resolution of moderate to complex issues.
- Build strong relationships with business, IT,



and operations teams to deliver business value.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- 5+ years of experience in digital manufacturing, IT, or related roles.
- 3+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ignition platforms.
- Strong experience with Databases (SQL) and Power BI.
- Advanced English proficiency (80%+).
