We are looking for ONE dedicated person to become a key part of our company.

**Responsibilities**:
- Recruit CDL drivers
- Build relationships with brokers and customers
- Follow up on leads and contracts
- Schedule repairs, tires, roadside assistance, and maintenance
- Manage paperwork and company records
- Support daily business operations
- Help solve problems and keep the business running smoothly
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English and Spanish




- Strong communication skills
- Honest, dependable, and professional
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Logistics, trucking, dispatch, recruiting, or customer service experience is a plus
