We are seeking a detail-oriented **Lien Specialist** to join our team onsite in **Chihuahua**. This role focuses on client billing and ledger management, ensuring accurate financial documentation and proper distribution of settlement funds. **English is a must**, and **experience with medical records is required**.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of cases within our case management system (SmartAdvocate)
- Confirm medical balances and communicate with lienholders and providers
- Input and update financial data (medical bills, liens, loans, fees, expenses, disbursements)
- Track outstanding balances and follow up on unresolved issues
- Prepare accurate settlement statements
- Coordinate with attorneys, accounting, and disbursement teams
- Maintain detailed and organized digital case records
**Requirements**:




- Experience in **medical billing, legal collections, claims processing, or medical records**:
- Accounting or third-party billing experience with U.S.based companies preferred
- Knowledge of ChartSwap and Sharecare is a plus
- Basic to intermediate skills in **Excel and Outlook**:

Pay: $11,146.16 - $21,259.21 per month
