**Role Description**
We are looking for a **Sales Engineer** who can combine strong technical understanding with excellent sales and communication skills. The role focuses on **outreaching potential customers**, understanding their technical needs, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and **recommend suitable technical solutions**:
- Work closely with teams to ensure accurate solutions
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and **close deals efficiently**:
- **Build and maintain long-term relationships** with customers
- Gather market feedback and share insights with the management team
- Achieve assigned **sales targets and KPIs**
Qualifications & Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Business, or a related field**:
- **2+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, B2B sales, or technical sales**:
- **Understanding of industrial/manufacturing solutions (preferred)**:
- **Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills**:
- **Comfortable with outbound sales, outreach, and customer follow-ups**:
- **Earnings are based on sales comission and the sky is the limit**
