**Job Summary**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _**_Associate _**_Production Supervisor _**_located in _**_Guadalajara North. _**
- Reporting to the Director, Operations the _**_Associate Production Supervisor _**_role involves the manage a production line, making the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery and time for the correct execution of production plans. Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area.**What a typical day looks like**:
- _Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success. _
- _Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality. _
- _Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements. _
- _Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability. _
- _Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals. _
- _Provides technical and operational advice to project teams. _




- _May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function. _
- _Engage in training and coaching of junior operators. _
- _Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements. _
- _Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects. _
- _Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses. _
- _Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. _
- _Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- _Bachelor’s degree. _
- _Strong experience as leader. _
- _Personnel management. _
- _English is also a plus. _
- _Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment. _
- _Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability). _
- _Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics _
- _Experience in the use of Floor shop systems. _
- _Experience in BAAN system (or SAP). _
- _Availability of schedule T3. _
