At the heart of every unforgettable LEGO® experience is a seamless connection between people, processes, and technology — and that's where you come in. As our next **Digital Technology Senior Technical Program Manager**, you'll be the vital link that brings these elements together, ensuring every digital capability we deliver becomes another brick in the bigger picture: inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. If you thrive on turning complex challenges into creative solutions and want your work to spark joy for millions around the world - _this is your chance to make an impact that truly stacks up! _
**Core Responsibilities**:
The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) ensures timely delivery of digital infrastructure and platform projects and programs. Orchestrate complex and large programs, ensuring outcomes are clear, measurable, and meet overall success criteria across multiple teams.
- Establish transparency across risks, dependencies, and technical constraints, collaborating with teams to proactively mitigate issues.
- Facilitate alignment between teams and stakeholders, ensuring blockers are removed quickly, and decision paths are clear.
- Shape clear, compelling program narratives, helping senior stakeholders understand purpose, progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Partner closely with product teams and key stakeholders to define program goals, shared outcomes, and delivery expectations.
- Create and maintain high-quality program plans, including roadmaps, dependency maps, delivery milestones, and rollout approaches.
- Model excellent collaboration, structure, and delivery discipline, acting as an informal leader who elevates TPM craft standards across the department.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**:

Be part of the TPM team in Delivery & Onsite Technology - Digital Platforms & Infrastructure (DPI) area, providing secure, scalable, and modern device, cloud and digital infrastructure services for our workforce.
We bring structure, communication excellence, and rigorous delivery practices to ensure our most important programs achieve their intended outcomes.
Our strategic programs portfolio spans from digital infrastructure implementation in new factories and offices, fueling an API based architecture or removal of technical dept. We have several exciting programs running, with general and strategic impact, helping the LEGO Group differentiate our digital consumer experience.
This role is based at our newly expanded LEGO® manufacturing site in Monterrey, Mexico. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, - _and we like to have fun along the way! _
**Do you have what it takes?**:
You're passionate about building something meaningful — the kind of complex, challenging programs that others might shy away from. Have a talent for snapping complicated trade-offs (cost, time, scope, quality) into clear, actionable choices, and you communicate with confidence whether you're rallying your team or presenting to senior stakeholders. When the pressure builds, you stay calm, resilient, and playfully pragmatic and know when to step back and admire the whole creation — and when to zoom in and make sure every brick is exactly where it needs to be.

- Influencing without authority and driving alignment across multiple teams.
- Great experience in providing structure to technical programs.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes/systems.
We're an international team with local heart, so **fluency in both Spanish and English**— written and spoken — is a must.
- This position is Senior Manager Specialist level. Relocation support is not offered. _
