About the Role:
As an **Accounting Analyst**, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information. You'll support monthly close activities, tax compliance, audits, and accounting operations while helping us build a world-class finance organization.
This is an opportunity to work closely with our Finance leadership team, optimize processes through technology, and contribute to a company that is scaling rapidly.
What You'll Do:
- Lead monthly closing activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in our ERP (NetSuite preferred).
- Prepare account reconciliations and support financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Mexican tax regulations.
- Prepare documentation for external audits and support internal audit requests.
- Assist with monthly and annual tax filings and working papers.
- Manage corporate expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
- Collaborate with Finance, People, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes using AI and digital tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support our growth.




What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting.
- Experience with monthly close processes.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliations.
- Experience with monthly and annual tax filings.
- Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and SAT processes.
- Experience supporting external audits.
- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to leverage AI and automation.
- Experience with NetSuite.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in high-growth companies, fintech, startups, or technology-driven organizations.
- Experience managing corporate expenses and employee reimbursements.
