**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a Scrum Master, leading teams under scaled agile frameworks, mainly **SAFe (mandatory)**.
- Proficiency in **MS Project, Jira, and Confluence**.
- Experience in risk, dependency, and impediment management.
- Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
- **Scrum Master Certification** (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- **Intermediate-Advanced English** (B2 level).
**- Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the delivery of technology projects and initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum and SAFe best practices.
- Coordinate teams and stakeholders to guarantee the achievement of objectives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Track metrics, KPIs, and executive reports using Jira and Confluence.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
