The person will follow up with clients for candidate feedback, coordinate interviews and start dates, track recruitment activity, and keep systems updated.The role is primarily focused on coordination and client follow-up, rather than cold outreach or lead generation.Schedule & LocationMonday–Thursday: In-office — ExplanadaFriday: Work from homeSchedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Puebla TimeCore ResponsibilitiesFollow up with clients after candidate submissions and obtain feedback,



or secure a clear timeline for feedback.Communicate with clients via phone and email; handle both positive and negative feedback professionally.Coordinate candidate interview availability with recruiters and clients.Attend/observe 10-minute intake meetings to understand the role and client requirements; participation is not required.Communicate relevant client feedback to the recruitment team and participate in handoffs as needed.Follow up with clients on key concerns or pending items throughout the hiring process.Support candidate onboarding/start-date communication and remain available for basic follow-up after the candidate starts.Keep Monday stages and dates updated in real time.Log client interactions and updates in HubSpot.Track approximately * live positions simultaneously, including submissions, interviews, feedback, and status updates.Mandatory RequirementsFluent/professional English, both written and spoken.Comfortable making phone calls and conducting client follow-ups.Strong organization and attention to detail.Able to manage multiple active positions and follow-ups without losing track of deadlines.Customer service, appointment setting, chat support, or similar client-facing experience.Comfortable sending professional follow
