As an IT Support Intern, you will be assigned to a Coach for a period of 4 months starting January .ResponsibilitiesYour main activities during this period will be the following:You will be trained in infrastructure and automation processes of a software companyYou will participate in the research of new IT technologiesYou will assist the IT team in daily activities such as:Troubleshooting relating to software, equipment, and operating systemsConfiguring, maintaining, monitoring, and updating servers, PC,



and workstationsMaintaining and monitoring LAN / WAN networksEnsuring IT securityMaintaining audio and video systemsInstalling and updating software (operating systems and production software)You will learn to work in a cross-functional teamYou will implement proof of concept projects for on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, using automation technologiesQualificationsCandidate must be a student of the last semester of a bachelor ́s degree in Engineering (e.G., Computer Science, Information Technology or similar)Nice to have skills: networks, virtualization, server management, troubleshooting and support to computer systems, and scripting skills (preferable using powershell)Demonstrate responsibility, tolerance, perseverance, work ethics, proactivity, and adaptabilityCandidate must have intermediate/advanced English communication skillsWhat do we offer?
