Role purposeSupport credit risk monitoring across HSBC Mexico's unsecured lending portfolios to deliver safe, sustainable growth for customers and the bank.Cover Personal Loans, Retail Business Banking Loans, Auto Loans and other applicable products.Prepare portfolio reports, data analysis, management information and governance materials that enable clear, timely decisions.Identify performance trends, data-quality issues and emerging portfolio risks, raising concerns early.Escalate material issues and support follow-up actions within agreed timelines.Work closely with Risk, Business, Product, Operations, Finance, Data and regional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Build knowledge of consumer credit and HSBC's risk management framework and apply it in day-to-day work.Main activitiesPortfolio Risk Monitoring and AnalysisSupport regular monitoring of unsecured lending portfolios.Analyse applications, approvals, exposure, utilisation, delinquency and recoveries.Review roll rates, charge-offs, expected credit loss and other agreed indicators.Prepare dashboards,



portfolio reports and management commentary.Conduct basic product, segment, vintage and channel analysis.Check data completeness, consistency and reasonableness.Highlight unusual movements and emerging portfolio risks.Maintain reporting files and supporting documentation.
