Reporting to the Operations Manager, Operations Manager role involves Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence.**What a typical day looks like:** * *Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.** *Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.** *Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.** *Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.** *Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.** *Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.** *Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.** *Coach and mentor Operations team.** *Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.** *Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.* **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * *BA/BS or equivalent work experience.** *Intermediate English level.** *Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).** *Experience in electronic manufacturing.** *People management.** *Knowledge of all electronics assembly processes SMT, Test, integration.** *Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.* **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.
