Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist- 1st Shift (Remote)

What You Will Do:

- Acts as the subject matter expert in the hiring process, liaising between candidates and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Proactively develop strategic relationships and engagement strategies with universities and technical networks.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for the hiring manager.
- Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, background, and fit.
- Ensure compliance with legal aspects of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fill positions in a timely manner.
- Work remotely with occasional travel to the Avionics plant as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:





- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience managing Recruiting or HR systems.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Strong communication skills in English; experience with high-volume hiring and workforce planning.
- Experience driving recruiting process improvements and using recruiting metrics.
