Role: DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Experience : 10 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes - AWS, AWS EKS
- Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters (pods, deployments, services, ingress, RBAC)
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Shell & Python scripting
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Define and track SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs
- Own system reliability, availability, and performance
- Implement observability using Open Telemetry
- Build dashboards using Grafana and set up alerts via Prometheus
- Manage logs and alerts using Splunk
- Perform deep-dive debugging across distributed systems
- Lead incident response, RCA, and post-mortems
- Participate in on-call rotations and manage error budgets
