We are currently looking for an: Outbound Logistics Leader HA

An Outbound Logistics Leader at Midea oversees the efficient flow of goods from the company's distribution centers to customers or retail locations. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics activities, monitoring deliveries, ensuring timely shipments, and tracking performance to meet delivery deadlines and operational targets. The role also involves analyzing data to improve logistics processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall supply chain efficiency.

What will you do?

- Track proof of delivery (POD) recovery.
- Attend meetings at the Actual Sur offices when required by the client.
- Schedule appointments with customers for product receipt.
- Ensure that returns resulting from rejected deliveries are entered into the system.
- Monitor and follow up on the collection of acknowledgments of receipt.
- Prepare daily indicators tracking activities at the beginning and end of the workday.
- Develop a month-end plan to ensure staff coverage outside regular working hours when necessary.

What are we looking for?

- 3+ years of experience in outbound logistics within a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on item receipts and inventory.
- Experience developing and implementing supply chain improvements and driving productivity in logistics processes.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.




- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency is essential, including data management and analysis using pivot tables and functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Strong understanding of logistics principles, supply chain dynamics, and best practices in outbound transportation and distribution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements relevant to outbound shipments across different regions or countries.
- Technology and Systems: Proficiency in using transportation management systems, enterprise resource planning software, and other logistics technology tools for route optimization, tracking, and performance management.
- Risk Management: Understanding of risk factors in logistics operations, such as supply chain disruptions and security issues, and the ability to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management: Ability to manage customer expectations, resolve logistics-related issues, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Cost Management: Experience optimizing logistics costs, negotiating freight rates,



and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising service levels.
- Continuous Improvement: Ability to analyze logistics data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in outbound logistics operations.
- Experience in leadership and personnel management.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to achieve objectives.
- Ability to analyze data and monitor performance indicators.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow up on activities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and operational problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work on-site, as the position requires close supervision and monitoring of the assigned team.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle frustration.
- Strong organizational skills.
