Responsibilities / 岗位职责

- Execute on-site project work according to the project plan under the guidance of the Project Manager, covering site layout, engineering design, site setup, robot and system commissioning, customer training, remote support, and production support.（在项目经理指导下按计划执行现场布局与工程设计、场地搭建、移动机器人及系统调试、客户培训、远程支持与投产陪产。）
- Track and control project schedule, cost, and quality targets.（深度参与项目进度、成本与质量管控。）
- Lead, manage, and coordinate local site contractors and vendors.（主导并协调施工现场的本地分包商与供应商。）
- Maintain close communication with clients and internal R&D;/delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.（与客户及内部技术团队保持紧密沟通，建立良好的客户合作关系并保障客户满意度。）
- Review project deliverables and drive corrective actions as needed.（审核项目交付物并及时推进纠偏措施。）




- Create and maintain complete project documentation and provide on-site operational and technical training.（编写并维护完整的项目文档，为客户提供现场操作与技术培训。）
- Ensure project compliance with applicable local codes, engineering practices, performance standards, and specifications.（确保项目符合相关行业规范、安全标准及技术规格要求。）

Requirements / 任职要求

- Hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Computing, or a related engineering discipline.（机械、机电一体化、机器人、电气、电子、计算机或相关工程专业大专及以上学历。）
- Speak and write Mandarin Chinese fluently, coupled with working proficiency in Spanish and/or English for local site coordination.（具备流利的中文听说读写能力，并掌握西班牙语或英语以满足墨西哥本地现场沟通协调。）
- Currently reside in Mexico or hold valid local work authorization in Mexico.（常驻墨西哥本地，或持有墨西哥合法工作身份。）
- Configure software systems, complete system setup, and handle basic scripting tasks.（能够独立完成软件系统安装部署、参数配置及基础脚本编写。）
- Exhibit strong organization, coordination, and business negotiation skills, with the resilience to handle high-pressure delivery and long-term business trips.（具备良好的计划组织、沟通协调与商务谈判能力，抗压能力强，能适应长期出差。）
- Bring practical experience with AutoCAD, SQL databases, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript (preferred).（熟悉 AutoCAD、SQL 数据库及 Python、Java、JavaScript 等常用编程语言者优先。）
