Schedule

Saturday – Wednesday: 08:00hrs to 17:30hrs CST or can Vary

1-hour meal period + two 15-minute breaks

Days off: Thursday & Friday

Schedules may be subject to change according to project needs, while complying with applicable working-hour requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Two trial periods: $10,000 MXN gross monthly salary

Upon successful completion of both trial periods: $16,000 MXN gross monthly salary

Indefinite-term, project-based contract after successful completion of both trial periods

12 vacation days per year worked, in accordance with law

25% vacation premium

15 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) per year or proportional amount

Life insurance: $120,000 MXN





$250 MXN gross monthly allowance for electricity and internet

Work-From-Home Requirements

Non-satellite internet connection

Computer or tablet

Wired headset/headphones with microphone

Compatible mobile device: iPhone 15+ and/or Android 12+

Connectivity must meet required download/upload speed, ping and jitter metrics

Training Schedule & Commitment

Training is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.

Full attendance and punctuality are required throughout the training period. Due to the structure and continuity of the program, schedule flexibility or time-off requests cannot be accommodated during training.

Candidates must be able to commit 100% to the established training schedule before moving forward in the recruitment process.
