Role: Business Analyst Non-US Rater

Type: Short-Term Contractor Assignment

Location: Remote

Compensation: Up to $15/hour

Commitment: Part-time, 20 40 hours/week

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

- Evaluate and compare chatbot responses against defined business and quality criteria.
- Analyze business-related outputs, identify gaps, and provide accurate structured assessments.
- Support AI performance improvement by applying strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business/data tools.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate chatbot/business outputs against defined criteria.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is an added advantage.
