We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive an international brokerage's expansion across Latin America, build strategic partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities.

This isn't about starting from zero. We're looking for someone who already understands the FX/CFD industry, has built a strong network, and can turn relationships into real business.

You'll own business development across LATAM, using your industry knowledge, relationships, and commercial instincts to drive growth.

Here's what that looks like:

- Identify, approach, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, clients, and strategic partners.
- Independently build, manage, and convert your own sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term relationships with key players across the trading industry.
- Identify new markets, regional trends, and commercial opportunities.
- Negotiate partnerships and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize client and partner acquisition.
- Drive regional revenue growth and consistently deliver against business development targets.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events when required.

- Proven B2B and/or B2C sales experience in Forex, CFDs, prop trading, brokerage, or related financial services.
- An established network of IBs, affiliates, traders, and industry partners across LATAM.
- A strong track record of independently generating leads, developing partnerships, and closing deals.
- Solid understanding of the LATAM trading landscape and regional market dynamics.
- ??????? ?? ??????? ??? ??????? ?? ?????????. Portuguese is a strong advantage, especially for the Brazilian market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, commercially driven mindset with the confidence to take ownership and deliver results.
