General Objective.

The role of the Casino Shift Manager is to monitor and direct the daily operation of Table Games and Slots, Security, Beverage Service, Guest Service while maintaining a luxury experience for all Guests of the Casino. Has the responsibility of maintaining the integrity of all transactions in accordance with the Internal Controls and is the singular point-person for ensuring all AML, ATF, KYC, underage gaming and responsible gaming are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities.

- This position is the senior Team Member on duty for any shift, representing all department heads in their absence, constantly monitoring the Casino floor for excellence in all areas of Guest Service. Maintains a close working relationship and communication with the Surveillance Team, directing camera coverage of any transaction or incident at their discretion to protect assets.
- Must possess thorough knowledge of all Internal Controls, all Laws and Regulations governing Casinos in the Dominican Republic with emphasis on Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Funding, Underage Gaming, Responsible Gaming and Know Your Customer.
- Must possess extensive knowledge of all Table Games, including but not limited to dealing procedures, pay tables, odds, payouts, limits,



card-counting, bet-capping and other prohibited gaming advantages and cheating methods, and Slot machine game types, themes, pay tables, odds, functionality.
- Must possess extensive knowledge of all Marketing programs, promotions, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to Players Card tiers, points, payback/bounce back and rewards, Bingo functionality, payouts, prizes and fees, Guest special events, Guest complimentary services and rewards.
- Calculates, reports, and disseminates critical information to the Casino Manager and senior Casino and Moon Palace leadership including any threats to the human, and physical assets of the operation.

Requirements.

- Relocation to the Dominican Republic is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Security, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Specific Knowledge: Superior knowledge of all aspects of Gaming – Slots and Table Games. Proven ability to monitor live table games, the slot floor, movements of cash and cash equivalents, utilizing a thorough knowledge of all AML, ATF and Internal Controls, cash handling, cheating and theft prevention. Oversees all departments in the absence of the Casino Manager and Assistant General Manager and is the most senior Team Member in the absence of any department leader of a higher authority.
