Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems to own how client design systems are built. You’ll take a brand and reference sites, extract the pattern into tokens, variables, modes and core components that a build pipeline can execute without questions.
This is a senior, systems-first role, not one-off pages or maintenance. You’ll stand up new systems quickly across several client brands with the same structural rigor, while collaborating with teams across time zones.
