As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a production area and ensuring the achievement of operational objectives related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and Continuous Improvement (SQCDPI) .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily production operations and ensure achievement of SQCDPI objectives.
- Promote a strong culture of Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, aerospace regulations, and HSE standards.
- Manage production schedules in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Develop, coach, and motivate production teams.
- Oversee workforce planning, including shifts, overtime, and vacations.
- Monitor productivity, operational KPIs, and SAP reporting.
- Lead QRQC, 5S, audits,



and corrective action initiatives.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and applicable procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher .
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP, production planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
