What You'll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring effective credit risk management and collection processes.

- Monitoring the accounts receivable portfolio and supporting credit risk control.
- Preparing recommendations for bad debt provisions and write-offs in accordance with company policies.
- Managing open credit notes, unapplied payments, and collection activities.
- Analyzing financial data and preparing reports on collections performance and credit exposure.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, GBS Costa Rica, and GBS India teams.




- Participating in credit management meetings and ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues.
- Monitoring invoicing processes and following up on disputes and collection cases.
- Supporting digital platforms, user adoption, process improvements, and performance indicators.
- Providing local support to customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's degree in:

- Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- International Business
- Related fields

A Finance specialization is a plus.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in:

- Accounts Receivable
- Treasury
- Credit Management
- Operational Finance

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and drive results

Languages

Written and verbal communication skills are required.
