We're hiring a Modeler Jr to join our team. This is an entry-level position with a strong learning focus: you'll work alongside Senior Modelers and Project Leaders, and you'll be modeling directly for a client that requires clear communication and a solid technical base — so we're upfront about what's needed for this role.

What you'll do:

- Build and update digital models under BIM methodology, coordinating with Senior Modelers and Project Leaders
- Read and interpret technical drawings — many supports are modeled from PDFs with a support image and an element table
- Work with families and parameters (parametric families are a plus)
- Use quantification tables to catch modeling errors and make fast adjustments
- Prepare plans, views, and technical reports from multidisciplinary models
- Apply Sohersa's naming conventions, parameters, and BIM templates
- Support incidence management and revise models based on feedback received

What we're looking for:





- Recent graduate or currently finishing a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Basic to intermediate Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with ACC and Navisworks — used to view existing modeled examples
- Good judgment: understanding what's really being asked and why, comfortable proposing solutions when something isn't quite right — including judgment around MEP and structural systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- English level C1 — you'll be in direct contact with the client, so this is a must
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site

Nice to have:

- Exposure to Autodesk Forma
- Basic knowledge of MEP or structural systems
- Prior internship or academic experience in BIM modeling
