Flex is seeking a Controller Assistant to support financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting at our Zapopan Technology Park office. You will report to the Site Controller and work with operations and commercial teams to understand the site P&L; and balance sheet impacts, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
The role involves preparing management reports, coordinating audits, and helping with HR-related actions to recruit and retain talent in a manufacturing environment.
