We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and experienced Full Stack Flutter Developer to drive the evolution of our high-performance mobile applications and web/backend services in a hybrid environment in Mexico City (CDMX). What will your mission be? Lead the end-to-end development, maintenance, and evolution of our mobile platforms and web/backend components, ensuring code quality, high availability, and seamless integration across client applications, distributed architectures, and APIs.

Main Responsibilities Full

Stack &

• Mobile Development: Design, build, and maintain native/hybrid mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, as well as develop and consume Backend services. Architecture &

• State Management: Implement architectural best practices (DDD, Feature-First, layer separation) and advanced state management in Flutter (Providers, Riverpod). Configuration &

• Multitenancy: Configure applications using Flutter Flavors, environment management, assets, and multitenant logic. Web &

• Backend Development: Build and analyze Backend services with Node.js, Express/NestJS, and modular web frontends using Angular. Integration &

• Native Capabilities: Integrate geolocation, camera, storage, push notifications (FCM), and complex REST APIs with asynchronous and resilient consumption.



Databases &

• Persistence: Design and query relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching strategies with Redis. Quality &

• Continuous Delivery: Implement unit and integration tests, diagnose issues using debugging/observability tools, and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines for app store releases. What are we looking for? (Profile &

• Requirements) Education: Bachelors or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems, IT, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in mobile application development with Flutter and web/backend development.

Essential Requirements: 1. Mid-Advanced Flutter: Solid experience in Flutter architecture (DDD, Feature-First), state management (Providers/Riverpod), and Flavors/Environments configuration. 2. Backend Development &

• BFF: Strong proficiency in Node.js with TypeScript, frameworks like Express or NestJS, and understanding of the BFF (Backend for Frontend) pattern. 3. Web Development: Hands-on experience in Angular (LTS/current versions) with standalone components and modern architecture. 4. Databases &

• Caching: Fluent in SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and the use of Redis for temporary storage. 5. Geolocation &

• Native Capabilities: Experience integrating maps, GPS, push notifications (FCM),



and connectivity/offline handling. 6. Mobile Security &

• APIs: Knowledge of JWT authentication, secure storage, and REST API design/consumption. 7. Version Control &

• Agile Work: Advanced use of Git and task tracking in Jira under Scrum methodologies. 8. Responsible Use of AI: Ability to leverage AI tools as development support without compromising technical judgment or code validation.
