You are responsible for ensuring the team meets and exceeds client expectations, streamlining internal processes, and fostering a high-performance culture. This is a role for a "player-coach" who understands the nuances of headhunting and knows how to drive a team toward hitting targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they hit KPIs and achieve recruitment goals.
Process Oversight:
Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery to our third-party clients.
Client Collaboration:
Partner directly with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored, consultative recruitment solutions.
