IDC in Mexico City is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to deliver hands-on IT support to employees through the Help Desk. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, hardware, and software, working on-site at the Mexico City corporate office four days a week, with Friday as optional remote work.
You will document issues, assist with account access, and collaborate with regional and general IT teams to improve service and knowledge sharing. Strong communication is essential.
