We are hiring a Senior Credit Manager to own the day-to-day credit performance of that product: the policy, the unit economics, the experiments, and the results.
You will report to the Head of Credit, Mexico, and work across a small, high-impact set of leaders in credit, data science, and collections.This is a remote role with a strong preference for candidates based in Mexico.




Travel for company onsites is expected at least twice a year.How You'll Make An ImpactOwn the credit performance of our core product: Set and tune the cash advance credit policy in Mexico, encompassing eligibility, loan amount assignment, pricing, and repeat-loan progression.
Your decisions will strike the optimal balance between growth and profitability for the product.Model the unit economics: Maintain and improve the valuations model that is the foundation of credit and marketing decision‐making.
Use it to measure performance, identify opportunities, and turn those opportunities into results.Run the test-and-learn agenda: Design, launch, and read experiments across the borrower lifecycle.Monitor and intervene: Track vintage performance, early delinquency, and roll rates.
