Description:

The Director of Rooms is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Rooms Division, ensuring that its departments meet Alila brand standards and the hotel’s requirements. The role oversees Rooms Division operations in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and supports an exceptional guest experience while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The role also reports directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager in a larger operation, along with strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.



Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
