Shift options

- 1:00 pm-7:00 pm

Employees are expected to work 3–5 days per week, including weekends. $500 MXN per shift — roughly $4,000–$8,000 MXN per month depending on days worked.

Commission: After a 3-month trial period, associates become eligible for sales commission starting at 1%- 3% and increasing up to 5% based on performance.

About Hussar

Hussar is a curated sustainable fashion store based in Roma Norte, Mexico City. We specialize in upcycled fashion, vintage clothing, archival-inspired styling, and personal image expression. The store combines retail, sustainable fashion culture, styling, and community into one space.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys fashion, styling, customer interaction, and working in a creative environment. This is not a conventional retail job. We want people who are proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, and interested in contributing to the atmosphere and growth of the store.

What We're Looking For

- Genuine interest in sustainable fashion, vintage clothing, styling, or creative industries
- Advanced conversational English
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion, vintage or upcycled clothing is a plus
- Sewing, alteration, or seamstress skills are a strong plus

What You'll Do

- Help customers with styling, sizing, and product recommendations
- Drive sales and actively contribute to daily sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service in-store and online
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization,



and visual presentation
- Organize, restock, and prepare merchandise (folding, steaming, tagging, garment care)
- Assist with inventory logging and stock management
- Help photograph or prepare items for social media and online sales when needed
