We are looking for a Financial BI Analyst with strong Power BI expertise, financial data analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities. The adecuado candidate will transform complex financial data into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and reliable reporting solutions to support business planning and decision-making.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, financial knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and financial KPIs.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines to support financial reporting and analytics.
- Analyze and resolve financial data discrepancies involving mappings, hierarchies, duplicate records, currency conversions, allocations, and reporting periods.
- Transform data from SAP, OneStream, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and other enterprise systems into reliable financial insights.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Apply predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and modeling techniques to support financial decision-making.
- Validate financial data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present findings, and translate business needs into BI solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Financial BI, financial analytics,



business intelligence, data analytics, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Understanding of financial concepts, including general ledger, cost centers, profit centers, actuals, budgets, forecasts, allocations, and variance analysis.
- Experience working with enterprise data and financial reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake and semantic views.
- Knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and OneStream.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and financial data modeling.
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of CoCo or related financial reporting tools.
