Industrial Designer / Industrial Engineer (Industrial Packaging & Racks) Location: Tesistán Zone, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Total Integrated Monthly Salary: $26,200.00 MXN (integrated by base salary punctuality & attendance bonuses food vouchers savings fund)

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Language: Advanced English is required (fluent ability to conduct technical discussions and coordinate with international clients and teams).
- Experience: 2 years of proven experience in technical design, product development, or packaging engineering, with a strong focus on industrial packaging, returnable packaging, corrugated cardboard, and metal industrial racks/structures.
- Software: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD); knowledge of Siemens NX is adecuado / highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and development of industrial packaging solutions, protective dunnage, and heavy-duty metal industrial racks.




- Selection and structural optimization of materials such as corrugated cardboard, plastics, and structural metal components.
- Interpretation of technical drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;).
- Creation of 3D models, renders, prototypes, and technical datasheets.
- Technical communication in English with clients, suppliers, and international subsidiaries.
- Collaboration with production and quality teams to ensure structural feasibility, safety standards, and cost reduction.
