- NOM-009 (trabajos en altura); NOM-019 (comisiones de seguridad); NOM-030 (servicios preventivos); NOM-017 (EPP); NOM-002 (prevención de riesgos de incendio)

- Aplicación de análisis de riesgos (JSA).
- Participación en investigación de incidentes (5 Why básico)
- Implementación y seguimiento de LOTO, Trabajos en Alturas, Trabajos en caliente, EPP
- Inspecciones de seguridad en piso (checklists, auditorías internas)
- Participación en brigadas (primeros auxilios, incendios)
- Conocimiento básico de ISO 45001 e ISO 14001
- Manejo de contratistas

Habilidades específicas:

- Soporte en arranques de línea y cambios de proceso
- Ejecución de recorridos de seguridad (Gemba walks)
- Participación en juntas operativas y reporteo diario
- Seguimiento a planes de acción derivados de auditorías
- Seguimiento y manejo basico de KPIs de seguriad (TCIR, FACIR, Registrables, Near Miss)
- Apoyo en campañas de seguridad
- Uso de herramientas básicas (Excel, reportes, checklists digitales)
- Bilingue Ingles-español (interaccion con corporativo)

- Comunicación clara con personal operativo y supervisores
- Actitud proactiva (detección de riesgos antes de incidentes)

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose

Managing programs, safety and environmental control of the company.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

1.



Defines, evaluate and analyze the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) suitable for each operation and / or machinery in the company .
2. Coordinate and development of Environmental, health and safety training .
3. Risk analysis to current and new processes and equipment .
4. Responsible for processing Legal permits and safety studies, meeting with Mexican regulations on safety and certifications (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, safe company, etc.) as well as Corporate requirements. ​ .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

1. English spoken and written (85% Advanced), ability to make presentations.
2. ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 experience.
3. Environmental, Hygiene and Environmental legal requirements knowledge​.
4. Regulations compliance​.
5. Risk analysis experience​.
6. People skills, team work, communication skills.
