About the Role

We are looking for an Intermediate Technical Test Analyst to join an Agile team and support quality assurance, functional testing, and requirements analysis activities within SAP-related projects.

The Technical Test Analyst will work closely with Senior team members, participating in planning and estimation activities, defect management, test execution, and quality initiatives. This role will also provide guidance and support to Junior team members and participate in meetings with business users and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide the team in overall quality initiatives and testing activities.
- Analyze system specifications and user stories to design and develop test cases.
- Proactively identify risks during pre- and post-sprint activities.
- Design, create, and execute manual test cases using appropriate QA techniques.
- Identify, document, track, and ensure the proper resolution of defects.
- Escalate critical and showstopper defects that may impact development.
- Recommend solutions or workarounds for defects when appropriate.




- Ensure compliance with established quality processes.
- Estimate testing effort for user stories from a QA perspective.
- Manage and report on assigned test case coverage.
- Create and manage test data.
- Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Work with Quality Engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation.
- Create quality dashboards within test management tools.
- Facilitate defect triage sessions with the Technical Architect.
- Participate in client and business-user meetings.
- Support and mentor Junior team members.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a related role.
- Experience working with SAP as a Key User and/or experience with End-to-End (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience with at least one of the following SAP processes/modules:

o SAP FICO – Record to Report (RTR)

o SAP SD – Order to Cash (OTC)

o SAP MM / WM / PP / QM – Make to Deploy (MTD)

- Experience coordinating testing activities with business users.
- Experience in software testing, including test design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze system specifications and user stories and translate them into test cases.
- Experience with QA/test management tools such as ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Basic experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Advanced English,



required for client meetings, demos, and defect triage sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

- Experience mentoring or advising other team members.
- Experience participating in client-facing meetings.
- Knowledge or experience with ETL Testing.
- At least 1 year of experience with SQL queries.
- Knowledge or experience with API Testing.
