About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support a high-traffic, live production platform. The role focuses on troubleshooting production issues, resolving technical incidents, and maintaining system reliability. The idóneo candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of issues from investigation through code changes and deployment.

Must-Have Skills

- 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong Java/Spring Boot expertise (top priority).
- Python/Django as a secondary skill set.
- React, Kafka, and GraphQL.
- SQL and/or MongoDB.
- Build, deployment, and production troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with at least one of: Dagster, Data Lakes,



or Amazon Athena .
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within established SLAs.
- Collaborate with Support and GTM teams to triage incidents.
- Implement code changes, manage merges, and deploy fixes.
- Monitor system performance and support integrations and architecture changes.

Nice to Have

- Experience collaborating with Product and GTM teams.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
