Role Overview:

Respond to order inquiry. Create, Validate, modification and cancellation of orders. Identification of exceptions and providing resolution to issues. Creation of delivery and shipment documents and integration with load building. Process returns.

As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. Is proactive in ensuring the delivery of a customer focused service to client.

Proficient knowledge of one or more processes.

Hands on experience of working with an ERP tool (preferably SAP U2K2)

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Is responsible for processing transactions and producing outputs in the following areas:

- Order inquiry
- Quote creation
- Validate orders
- Modify/Cancel orders
- Process orders
- Create delivery and shipment documents
- Process returns
- Archive and Retrieve Documents

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

Preferably Bachelor's Degree with Business and Finance background
