Position Objective:

Manage and oversee assigned activities/accounts in accordance with established processes, complying with the company’s mission and values,



thereby achieving organizational objectives while maintaining a healthy working environment among departments or foreign offices with which interaction occurs.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation of TOMs / Shipments for shipment activation

Monitor, follow up, and enter documents and references for assigned accounts in CW1 or LINK, in compliance with SLA

Schedule air shipment pickups with corresponding documentation through CW1

Monitor and follow up on event entries in CW1 (expected and actuals), reason codes, and time deviations from CEVA offices

Entry of supplier costs and invoices into CW1

Creation of bookings or air waybills

Production and evaluation of monthly KPIs related to activities and presentation to CEVA offices

Creation of operational reports for customers

Update of process descriptions (SOP-type documents)

Customer service (email response)

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or related field

Language: English – B2 level

1 year of experience in air operations
